Nikki Hangan
Story
Hi guys,
As some of you may remember, I took on a personal challenge in October last year to complete the Bridge 2 Brisbane 10 km walk. Despite some trepidation, I completed the walk in reasonable time and without any injury, and it was a satisfying achievement for myself. The bridge was a piece of cake!
To continue my journey better health and wellbeing, I have decided to take on the challenge once more. As part of our Bridge 2 Brisbane Challenge, I will once again be raising much needed funds for Foodbank to help them continue the amazing work they do for Aussies struggling with the cost of living crisis. Foodbank is Australia’s largest food relief organisation and provides more than 70% of the food rescued for food relief organisations nation-wide.
Food insecurity is a very real crisis with over 460,000 Queensland households experiencing hunger in the last 12 months. Every $1 donated to Foodbank can provide 2 meals to Queenslanders in need so this a very worthwhile cause.
If you spare a few dollars to support me and this amazing cause, please donate now!
Thank you,
Nikki
